Mr. R. S. Saini is the founder Chairman and Managing Director of the company.  He is a Graduate in Economics, Graduate in Law and a Post Graduate in Personnel Management.  He is an Ex-serviceman from Indian Naval Police Service.

He has also worked in large/multinational organizations like Pfizer, Boots, Crompton Greaves and Philips India etc in Senior Executive Positions in HR and Administration functions including security and safety.

He has undergone specialized training in Industrial Security, Safety, Fire Fighting, First-Aid, Rescue operations, Civil Defense and Investigation and Detection etc both from India and Abroad.

He is an internationally acclaimed sleuthing expert having solved many difficult National and International cases.

Mr. Rajesh Saini is a Masters Degree holder from University of Texas, U.S.A. and heads the Marketing Division of the Company.

Varinder Saini (Executive Director)

Mr. Varinder Saini is the Executive Director of the Company and heads the Operational function of our business on all India basis. He is Commerce Graduate and highly experienced and competent person who is ever willing to attend to clients problems at any part of the day and night.

 Ravinder Patole (Training Manager)

Mr. Ravider Patole is an Ex-serviceman from the Army and is responsible for recruitment and training function of the Company.  Guards trained by him are asset to any organization.

Dinesh Kumar Gupta (Manager Operations)

Mr. Gupta assists the Executive Director in all operational matters of the Company.  He controls the team of Field Officers consisting of Mr. Verma, Mr. Kadam, Mr. Vinod Mhaske, Mr. Ravindra Jha and many other Patrolling Supervisors.

Prashant Potdar (Head of Finance Division)

Mr. Prashant Potdar a Commerce Graduate is the Head of Finance and Accounting function of the company. 

Miss. Leena Surve (Executive Assistant to the CMD)

Miss. Leena, a Commerce Graduate apart from providing all Administrative and Secretarial support to CMD also looks after the HR and Welfare function.

Mrs. Suman Sodeshi

Regional Director Suman Sodeshi who is a Graduate from Osmania University Hyderabad is responsible for all our Southern India operations and heads our Bangalore’s Regional Office.

She is ably assisted by Muralidhar(Regional Manager), Anjanappa,(Operations Manager) and Miss. Manjula(Adminstration Co-ordinator) and many other staff members.
